Allen A. Weiner, the managing partner of Weiner & Banner, LLC, formed his sole proprietorship in 1983. In 2014, the firm became Weiner & Banner, LLC. The firm has grown to include four CPAs and three supporting employees. Prior to starting his own practice, Allen was employed for thirteen years with the national accounting firms of Arthur Anderson, KPMG Peat Marwick, and Grant Thornton. He also spent five years as a partner with a local firm.
Allen attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Also, he attended the University of Missouri and received a Master of Arts in Accounting. He is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Louisiana and Texas. Allen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the Financial Planning Association, the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals.

Beth Banner, partner of Weiner & Banner, LLC, has had significant accounting and management experience in the manufacturing, restaurant, and real-estate development industries. That experience included involvement in all aspects of business and accounting functions from arranging for outside financing to implementing accounting reporting systems. She has been preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, and compilations, reviews and audits for over 11 years.
Beth graduated in 1994 from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, majoring in accounting and finance. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Louisiana and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.
Beth Banner has been using QuickBooks since it was first introduced. She has implemented QuickBooks in a wide range of business environments ranging from small retail stores to medium real-estate development companies. In addition to QuickBooks, she has implemented a wide range of accounting software programs.
